Excellent customer care

Beautiful decor in bedroom and restaurants. Staff are of a high calibrate. Beautifully prepared food at an excellent price. Cheaper than it's rivals but if 5 Star Hotel standard. Food and chefs should be awarded Michelin stars. Would highly recommend. Wonderful, polite , well trained staff. Very Disability aware and offered me and my disabled Mother a room on the first floor on arrival. Thank you for our lovely stay we will return. Very helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Staff even phoned our room to check everything was in order. Love the wooden shutters on the windows very Art Deco and Japanese. Customers can even get dry cleaning done. Ironing board, and hairdryer in the room, toiletries in the bathroom - shampoo and bath gel plus soap. Lovely bath / shower. Customers can order newspapers. Website and literature spot on. Can pay for room online. No criticisms excellent hotel and great value for money, diisabled toilets on each floor. Great A1 facilities for disabled clients.!Family rooms and cots available. All staff smartly dressed andv care taker service available, the caretaker got me a new entry card when I misplaced my room entry card.
