We have a mechanical bed which stuck upright this morning due to loose wiring in the handset. Rang to request urgent repair at 8.30am. Assured that it would be fixed by 4pm. Rang them at 3pm to be told that the repair was booked for after 5pm! Technician rang at 6.30pm to say he was an hour away. After discussion he confirmed that he did not have right parts to make the repair! Now have a pressure sore to deal with and a broken bed!
