I've just completed my level 3 Teaching assistant cover and I passed. I paid £15 to get my certificate early and I'm still waiting it's been 10 days now and it should of arrived within 5 days, I've emailed them loads of times and haven't had any answers. I'm getting worried! Can anyone help? Thanks

Can anyone help? I am currently completing my second online academies course and have now twice emailed Tutor for support. No response to my first email, weeks ago and no reply to my second either, yesterday. I have also emailed through the contact me for section and still nothing. Has anyone else experienced this? Can't seem to find any other way to contact someone. Thanks in advance.

i did a second course and then paid a further fee to increase the level of the diploma with a final question paper...i emailed the tutors a question and 5 months later have had no reply. needless to say i wont be doing any more courses with this organisation

I have been enrolled in a number of courses being offered at online academies, and also started some new ones. I have now encountered problems with their system and cannot progress from Unit 1 to the others although my score was 100%. The button when passing a test doesn't go green anymore, and neither the grade nor the score does show up anymore. I have sent a couple of emails to the "tutors" but not received any sign of acknowledgment of the emails or any reply. There is no phone number where you could get in touch. Has anyone else experienced similar problems? What can you do to receive a reply from these people?

I will say this until I'm blue in the face; this Company are very poor and most of their courses are just question and answers. Do not waste your time or money on them. If you want to do an online course got to somewhere like Stonebridge - basically you get what you pay for!

Hi, not sure if this will help but I initially experienced problems signing in to my online academies course and could not get them to reply to my email requests for help. I could not find a contact telephone number either, however, I had purchased my course via "Groupon" and after a lot of correspondence and requesting my money back, the problem was eventually solved and I have not experienced any problems since. If you paid for your course by credit card you may be able to ask them to intervene too. I know how frustrated you feel and it's so disappointing that online academies don't fix their technical problems, because when it works it's a great way to study.

Have you managed to resolve the above?? Get any reply? Strangely I am still awaiting replies from tutors too ??? Ive sent emails through twice now and also direct through contact me. This certainly isn't good. Still no response !!

I am enrolled in the Animal Psychology course that they offer. When I click on "view lesson" it takes me direct to the test. I have emailed and called Online Academies many times and they have not responded as of yet. Has anyone else had this problem?

I did this course - managed to get on line and complete it okay, but it is a load of rubbish, just yes and no answers. I would ask for my money back and not bother - do not use Online Academies for anything they are a total rip off. Stonebridge are expensive but I've found them to be the best online course providers.

Where are the online tutors that are advertised as being available to assist when needed? I have submitted 3 email plus my final exam and no one has replied. The response time for the tutor is within 24 hours supposedly. My only guess would be that they don't have accurate time pieces. I actually have three other courses on here that I need to get started on or get refunded for.

Has anyone done the Autism Awareness Diploma? I guess it is undergraduate? Is the Peer reviewed? Is the Diploma recognised by employers? How many hours a week do you need to study it?

I've purchased this pack on groupon and just completed the Psychology Diploma. It suited me because I am interested in Psychology but haven't ever had the chance to act on this interest. I enjoyed reading the materials and liked the way it was set up in different units. The questions are easy as they come directly from the text so it is very hard to fail and if you do you can just resit. My only concern is whether or not the Diploma will be of use on a CV.

I would like to take one of the Online Academies diplomas. I am outside the UK and would just like to know if this is a valid school? There are so many of these online academies in my home country and you can spend a lot of money on your studies, only to find out that your certificate isn't even worth the paper its written on.
