Stay away from this "school".

1. Ask for their cancelation policy before you give them your payment information!! I tried to cancel the class and they stopped answering your calls, but will answer when you call from a number not linked to their system. The representatives refuse to provide you anything in writing stating they will not continue to charge your account. And become verbally aggressive if you ask more questions.

2. The teacher did not focus on the students' understanding or learning the material, she just wanted to get the class overwith. As she said it is 4am in Israel. As if the class scheduling was the students fault

3. They don't honor your schedule. I selected a class on their calendar according to my schedule and they changed it on the day of class without proper notification.

Needless to say, the experience was negative in every aspect.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION THAT ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY. THEY COULD CARE LESS IF YOU LEARN ANYTHING OR NOT.

I signed up for the program in good faith, the sales person convinced me to pay now. Once I paid I never heard from them again. They took $2,000 of my money. It's sad that this company continues to exist. eTeacher is a complete SHAM. They do not answer customer service after you've paid and there are no actual teachers. This company should not continues to exist.

I email customer care that I would be withdrawing from the class. I did not attend but one class and do not want any refund of the 100.00 dollars I paid. Now you want the entire amount of the course that I will not be taking. Did I just get a very rude customer service person?

i really like this class. the video format makes me feel like i am in a real classroom. i love that there is homework, but i wish there was more homework or maybe an app in conjunction with the homework to make me more accountable. it is a bit pricey and they did not have the class times that would work the best for me, but i realize that is asking quite a bit. for the convenience of having a live class in your own home, it is worth it. caring staff and super convenient. highly recommend!

The topics are practical and the occasional review of materials covered in prior course keeps the knowledge previously acquired fresh.

El curso Hebreo para adultos 1, contiene una gran metodología del aprendizaje, toda vez que la pedagogía te va llevando a pasos cada vez mayores en el aprendizaje de esta lengua tan apasionante. Las clases son amenas y muy intuitivas, el material es de fácil acceso, las clases grabadas son de fundamental ayuda para repasar y su contenido es excelente. Si alguien quiere aprender a hablar hebreo moderno, ¡este es el curso ideal!

My goal is to become fluent in all areas of Hebrew; however, first I must learn to speak Hebrew conversationally. Therefore, I would very much like e-Teacher to provide classes directly specific to learning conversational Hebrew.

I enrolled in online their online course , yesterday July 26 paid $75/- as first installment,

I enrolled and got the confirmation of the enrollment @ 7:48 AM

I did not get the link to the course so I raised a ticket @ 8:17 AM

They resolved the ticket @ 12:30

The refund policy as stated in their website is

“Students who (pre) terminate their participation in the course, are entitled to a partial refund of the course tuition for that course as per the following stipulations:

Up to 24 hours after the date of your registration you may receive a full refund.

Between 24 Hours & 10 days following registration, you may receive a 70% refund of the total course tuition (Or completion of 30% of the total course tuition).

No refund will be granted to those who submit their termination later than 10 days following registration (Or completion of 100% of the total course tuition).”

I looked at the course it was very primitive in their teaching at best, worse than some of the free courses available online, A complete waste of money and time so I sent an email to cancel today July 27th @ 8:59 AM

Please note that their cancellation policy states that up to 24 hours "after the date" of registration not from the date of registration so they should have given me a full refund of $75/- I paid.

Instead they tried to hook me on to other courses when I refused they claimed that this cancellation was over 24hrs and charged me an additional $59.55 over and above the $75/- they charged me initially, and without authorization they illegally charged my credit card an additional amount of $59.55

I think this course is great. Languages have never been my strong point but, with the help of my professor and the class, I have learned a lot and continue to learn. I look forward to each and every class. The professor is awesome, she is very patient and explains things in terms that make sense. I like that we are in a group setting and are to talk with and interact with actual people. I tried another language program which was not interactive and did not have great results. I have enjoyed this class so much, I am thinking of going onto the next level.

Learning with THIS TEACHER was very emayzing and successful.Also the technical-support is helpfull,polite and rapid.
