As an Italian national, intending to pursue a career in UK, I have gained an excellent insight into the British approach to Mental Health. The course material was well presented and divided into clearly structured units. Tutorial assistance was helpful and readily available. I would readily recommend this course to others.

I began the Animal Care course a year ago. I received a nice folder which contained most of the information that was necessary. Although I enjoyed the course, I think I would have enjoyed a more challenging course e.g. a Level 3 or higher. However, it did give me a greater all round knowledge of animals and it was definitely good value for money. I received good support from tutors via email, who usually replied very promptly. I felt that some of th2e questions could be a bit ambiguous, but this could be clarified by asking the tutors. Overall I enjoyed the course and it was good value for money. I would highly recommend and I would definitely consider studying with DLP again, especially as they are reasonably priced and have a wide range of courses to choose from!

I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in the management in care . The knowledge I have gained through studying this course has given me the confidence to incorporate different ideas and strategies into my practice as an manager. The course had to be completed over a course of a year which was ample time and appropriate for me as it allowed me to study at my convenience.

I've enjoyed taking my course. The materials are excellent - really comprehensive. I didn't feel the need to lean on my tutor too much but when I did the feedback and other communication was excellent. A few delays along the way due to work commitments but the course was flexible and there were options available to me to help me work around this. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Distance Learning Plus to a friend.

Extremely beneficial course which helped me to move forward in my career and helped me to make the decision to pursue my dream of becoming a teacher. The course tutor was very helpful and provided lots of advice and prompt feedback to help me move quickly through the course. The assignments were marked quickly. The modules were all very varied and informative.

I did the health and social care course; this was very interesting and informative. The staffs are a great help when needed and quick to respond. Great feedback given at the end of each unit motivating you to continue. I enjoyed all aspects of this course it went into a lot of detail regarding children, young people and adults, I didn't realise how deep health and social went. I found the way the course is run to be beneficial to me as I could work at my own pace and produce work in my own time (within limits)so I was able to complete it well within the year allocated. I was able to continue work on the next units when work was being marked so it was ready when one unit was marked another could be sent. I have enjoyed this course so much that I have also enrolled on the Counselling course of which am also enjoying. The only drawback if any is that you do not get the practical experience that is sometimes needed for you to take full advantage of the certificate. I would recommend these courses to others.

I have found this course very useful and a great help with increasing my theoretical knowledge to support my practical work as a Teaching Assistant. I liked how the course was split in to well defined sections with corresponding TMAs to complete. Each section was clearly written and easy to understand. My tutor was a great support, especially at times when I didn’t feel I would get the course completed. With encouraging feedback I was spurred on to continue and gain my qualification. Although I already work as Teaching Assistant, I feel this course has given me extra knowledge to take back in to the class room and enhance my abilities as well as my job prospects. A very good course well lay out. The study guide was packed with useful and relevant information, made easy to read with suggested further research. My tutor was on hand to answer any questions I had, responding within the time frame stated. Feedback was given clearly in a well structured manor. The time frame given fitted in well with my commitments, making a good home/work life balance.

An excellent course. Well worth the time and money. Helped by having the lovely tutor. I say lovely but she will work your socks off. Her attention to detail is fantastic and helpful. She expects you to really know your subject and will help if you have problems. I found it to be enjoyable and fulfilling. Thank you guys.

Have been very pleased with the quick turnaround of assignments. Tutors have put very positive feedback comments. Recommend the college for your courses. The course I am studying is very interesting and will help me further my career. I like the way the questions are set and the information given is very clear.

I am just about to finish this course. I have found the college very helpful and the turnaround of the assignments have always been quick and faster than anticipated. In one assignment where I had not got it quite right in part they were very helpful and lead me in the right direction. I have found the material they supplied me with a good starting point and it also gave me an idea to then where to research further. I would recommend friends to use this n the future and i would certainly use it again if needs be. The only thing I would say is that on each unit there was only a very short question and at times I would have thought it may have been useful to have perhaps t split a little bit more before I started, but other than that it was fine.

The Advanced Counseling course was easy to follow and contained all of the necessary information within the course material to help complete the assignments as well as allowing you the experience to gain further knowledge from outside sources. The course was enjoyable and worth the money it cost to do. The tutors were easy to reach and quick at returning marked assignments. I will be looking at doing another course soon with the company.

I'm currently undertaking the Level 4 - Higher Level Teaching Assistant course after successfully completing Level 3 through Distance Learning Plus. When I enrolled, I received the course material within a day and the tutors contact details were provided immediately. I never thought I would have the time to gain the qualifications needed to have the career that I have always wanted but Distance Learning Plus has made that happen and I cannot recommend them enough. They have supported me right from the start and the course material was fantastic, very clear and not confusing in anyway, as everything was explained in detail. The tutor was very knowledgeable and reliable too which helped. Both courses have been fantastic.

This course has really taken me to the next level in my photography and has had a great time doing it. The support was fantastic and tutors always replied to my questions quickly. I have recommended this course so some of my friends in the same field as I am, as I know it would be of benefit to them as it has been to me.

I have just completed my Project Management course and I found Distance Learning Plus to be very good. They were very helpful in their support all through my study period and I would recommend DLP to any student that wants to enhance their education in their chosen subject.

I joined Dementia care course for my father. I want to take care of him so that I need to understand Dementia better. Now I'm in a position to handle my father more efficiently and able to respond him more effectively. I am teaching my other family members too. You should have to enroll immediately if anyone in your family is suffering from Dementia.
