We were tricked by SSH fire and security, cost our whole savings some £7,500.00. And now we have lost it! We are old age pensioners, its totally unfair what they have done.. The the owner of the company should be locked away!

This company has definitely ceased trading. I was contacted by Rancom Security, who say they have taken over the client list from SSH. They told me that the system I have from SSH is out of date and has been insufficiently maintained - also it does not have Police certification, which means that if the intruder alarm goes off the police will not respond. The carbon monoxide alarm failed last September and SSH were unable to provide a replacement. All in all I am very unhappy with the situation and am having to pay out to get a replacement system from Rancom. At least they have credited me with the remaining time on my SSH monitoring contract.

Since buying the SShFie and security ltd system 18 months ago it was ok up until now as we did not have a problem but today a problem has arose4 and we are unable to get any reply from any of the listed phone numbers and it has been suggested on a couple of reviews that the company has gone into liquidation although I am unable find out so far.

I recently had an alarm fitted by SSH I am over the moon feeling safe since having the alarm .... My whole experience from start to finish has been highly recommended. I thank the team very much for the professionalism and giving the piece of mind to my safety, I highly recommend if you are thinking having an alarm system go to SSH

I had a security system installed by this company and have found it very useful, I am a single lady who recently lost my husband and feel very secure now I have the system in place especially with the medical response. The engineer who installed the alarm was extremely polite and professional. I am very happy with the service I have received from SSH Fire & Security.

We had a system installed at our house in Jan 2013. The system installed give great peace of mind. We have had our medical pendants replaced twice (free ) Super value for money. Our home is watched over 24 hrs a day. Very happy
