Been with UIA for many years but have never had to make claim. Premiums have always been ok ish.
My boiler packed up in the recent cold weather and leaked all over the living room. The chap I spoke to at UIA was helpful and seemed genuinely worried about my problem. They sorted for an engineer to come out quickly, he dealt with the problem promptly.
Really can't find any fault with any part of thr process.
Very happy.
