I have had the misfortune of having home insurance with this company for two years. When I complained to customer service about all their additional charges on my renewal and I wanted to cancel, they fell short of verbal abuse towards me. Extremely unprofessional behaviour of their so- called manager. I ended up paying them £50 cancellation fee even though I was within 3 weeks of my renewal date. They had refused to cancel my policy.
