I received a telephone call today and the employee I spoke to was very clear as to what was and would happen. He was very courteous and answered any questions. The timetable he outlined was clear and quick. I very much appreciated the service on offer. I would certainly recommend the service. My only reservation would be that it took over 48 hours for the company to first contact me which was longer than I was led to believe by my insurers.
