contacted SBS last week on Monday regarding my televsion which I had fallen against and completely KO d it, Gave the make and Model number over two days, they could not find the make or the model number, tele two years old. rsng me three days saying they would be with me in 6 days from the telephone call, I await to see what happens six days up this Tuesday, I did not like the fact that I was asked constantly for the make and the model number, they kept saying it is not showing up, making me feel like a criminal or rying to have one over on SBS, I am 71 years old my husband is 80 years old, we rely on our TV for our entertainament
