Within minutes of having my claim confirmed by my insurance company I was phoned by SBS to arrange a replacement wedding ring. To ensure they ordered the correct size they posted a ring gauge which we received the next day. After confirming the necessary details for the order by email, we received the ring the very next day.
I was impressed with very fast responses to my emails, each of which was acknowledged and answered promptly.
A great service.
