Been on telephone hold for 6 days trying to pay them money for my renewal!!

No answer on any of their contact numbers and no email so i cannot pay, God help you if you have to make a claim. I have now been uninsured for 2 days cos they do not communicate.

I'm paying more money to go elsewhere and suggest you do the same..
