As a self builder I took out a warranty with Premier. Part way through they changed the terms, cancelled the policy and refused to give me a full refund and would not discuss the situation. They are regulated by the Finanical Ombudsman - a lengthy complaint to the Ombudman resulted in a full refund, compensation, interest on the funds held and payment of additonal funds to enable an alternative warranty to be taken out. If you have problems with their product - an insurance product so a finanical service - consider the Ombudsman as their decision is final and binding.
