My renewal was due with Policy Expert, but like most people shopped around first, I went back to Policy Expert, with my findings, and the very professional customer service lady talked me through the options which I felt would suit my cover, there was no pressure, just genuine help.
I slightly changed my level of cover and renewed my insurance with Policy Expert. I shall certainly do the same again and recommend the company from my experience.
