I went on comparison site got cheaper deal
Didnt realise they put auto payment 1 week prior to due date
Anyway this matter was resolved by taking the annual money off auto
Also I was given free home emergency
Comparison site 181 with same policy except was 200 excess mine was 200 excess
Although home emergency was offered and asked to get discount on the £253 thought they could hv offered some discount
Feel disappointed as iv been regular customer I even mention I may not return next year due to yr cost being high by more than 50 pounds
But overall the person dealing with this was quite helpful
