I have insured two properties with this organisation over the last few years and have been satisfied with the service up to now. However it now seems difficult to contact customer services by any means apart from live chat whereas in the past I could easily make contact by phone. I was not at all happy with the offer of automatic renewal of home insurance policy at a price increase of about 150% above the previous year's figure. On the face of it that looks like a trap for the unwary.
On the positive side I would commend the helpful, courteous an efficient service provided by live chat agent today. He or she dealt with all my queries flawlessly and I am most grateful for that
