JP2 was very helpful and did her best to explain everything. I personally found it difficult to take it all in. Everything is relayed so quickly by somebody who knows exactly what they are talking about to an older person who doesn’t fully understand. The section at the end that you’re told to listen to or your insurance is invalid. Well I couldn’t tell you one thing that was said. It is rambled off so quickly that I found it impossible to take in. I would prefer to have an email with all the details before accepting the insurance.
