My auto renew contents insurance was taken from my credit card and then refunded without my knowledge, cancelling my insurance. I only found out on my return from holiday by letter, which meant that for part of my holiday I had been uninsured. I was understandably very angry but following a lengthy online chat I was contacted by a customer service advisor who got me a new quote and I saved almost £20. Despite still being upset about this error, I cannot fault the way the adviser dealt with the issue. Thank you for resolving this.
