2nd time I have been cut off before chat finished and before I could request a copy of the chat transcript. Lost my wife of 50yrs suddenly and refused to cancel or even Change our home insurance policy, or add my name, which she had forgotten to add even though it was before the renewal date. I even explained that the post mortem would be after the start date. Easier to deal with a robot.
