Online live chat was very easy and prompt responses. Original enquiry re a discount email received for holding more than one policy. I was told the discount only applied to new business and as mine was a renewal and a current second policy I wasn’t entitled to it. Without prompting I was offered a better deal on my original renewal schedule. Only took 10 mins and positive outcome for me. Great service.
