Get back on the phone so you can speak to an advisor and get them to take the premium on line not put you through to a link. I had to spend most of the day trying to pay. If the last advisor did not take the money I would have gone elsewhere. I still have not received my receipt. If it's like this when I try for car insurance Iwill go elsewhere. Very bad experience.
