From the very start it was very easy to complete the proposal on line .. no messing about, no catchpenny tactics, everything that my existing insurer had offered but nearly half the price. All very clear and up front. Policy activated in a matter of hours and exactly as quoted. Such a refreshing change from some of my previous insurers when you find out that the price they quoted didn't include half the things you want as standard and the extra costs keep piling up. No phone backs to give you the pressure sell. I will be telling other people how good this initial contact was .. 5 stars One Call.
