What a joke of a company!!
Having a leak running under my house that has rotted the joists I now have floorboards held up by nothing!
I was told the claim was accepted over a month ago and that they just needed someone to come out and check the carpet claim.
Over a month on, still nothing and I have now been told that the quote I originally had that they accepted is now too expensive! I have been waiting for a phone call for almost a week, still nothing, just empty promises. I will not be letting this matter lie. I wonder who will be liable when my staircase that is being held up by fresh air collapses with my children on it!
What on earth do we pay for?
With so many companies going bust, you would think they would want to keep hold of their customers. Customer service is absolutely non existent! Disgusted and appalled!!
