Homeserve inspected the boiler of tenanted property in early September. Despite 5 phone calls, 2 e-mails to customer services, promises of replies from their escalation team within 24 hours - no response received from Homeserve as of 28/10/19. There has been a breach of the lay in the absence of a certificate and this has been explained to them many times. However, negative feedback on Trustpilot prompted a Homeserve Trustpilot response within 1 hour.
Homeserve cares more about its social media/reviews status than its customers. The certificate was received today within 3 hours of the trustpilot review. It has taken almost two months to receive the required certificate. DO NOT USE - BEWARE.
