Cannot believe how this company is allowed to get away with the extorionate prices the want to charge me to fit a boiler!! I took the level of cover so i was covered if my boiler was to break, i had it's annual service this week fri 8th march and was told that my boiler was dangerous and had a leak so they capped it off no longer fit for use which is fair enough couldn't thank them enough for sorting it straight away and rang me to sort out a date for them to get someone else out to price up fitting a new one. So yes i am covered for a new one on my policy which was a relief but then surprised me by saying that the cost to fit it was £1300!! They will not give me the boiler that i have paid the higher cover for, they will only give it to me if they fit it for that ridiculous amount of money!! Not a company in the country would charge that amount for the fitting of a boiler. So basically i am paying for the new boiler and not getting it for free! I told them on the phone i genuinly cannot afford that amount of money and they said 'would you like to ring back when you can love' i am so upset by this my home is freezing i have no heating or hot water and their is nothing i can do. I cannot believe how they can treat anyone like this they are a company that are supposed to help you and look after you that is what we pay the money for and i am told to ring back when i can afford it.
