No call backs when promised Poor communication, passed from one to another, call centre people don't like you ringing all the time, but they need to understand customers are always right. They are getting paid to do a proper job, not to fob people off. I contacted London's headquarters Home serve, to complain. I waiting a reply. I won't be recommending them ever. Now I cancelled my policy.
