The customer service cannot be faulted. It didn't feel rushed and everything was explained to me. Also my particular needs for non-standard cover were met, despite other insurance companies having refused to meet my requirements. It was worth paying more for my insurance, as it gives me peace of mind that all eventualities are covered.
