I renewed with HomeProtect for a second year as they had the most competitive quote with the right cover for a home that is sometimes my own home, sometimes a holiday let. The renewal process was a little strained, as I had to ask for my renewal paperwork to be emailed - it was originally just sent out by mail and I did not receive it. After a call to Customer Services this was resolved. I have not made a claim yet, so cannot comment on that process.
