I needed an insurance policy for my late mothers house which is mostly unoccupied and is up for sale at the moment. I occasionally stay there once or twice a month when visiting family and to clean, read utility meters & check it over. This company provided this when other companies wouldn't do so; so I'd therefore fully recommend them for this type of insurance & any other insurance come to that. I've had no issues with them and am very happy with this policy.
