Was faced with a 10% increase despite making no claims and the the policy remaining the same. Home Protect brought it down to an 8% increase which I accepted to save the hassle of switching (cheaper prices were available), but I was disappointed to be told renewal premiums are system generated and the advisors had no discretion to discount for loyalty etc.

Good level of cover though which is why we buy these products to begin with.
