Initial problem setting up my cover which resulted in me not having home contents cover when I thought I had.
However problem was quickly resolved when I phoned and immediate cover arranged with apology. To reassure
me I received via email the policy documents within 30 mins of finished phone call! This was all the more appreciated because it was the eve of good Friday bank holiday. Without this prompt cover being arranged I would have had to wait until the following Tuesday with no insurance cover over that time.
