My home got burgled whilst I was away on holiday, you can imagine my shock when I arrived home and there were police inside my house. I called Esure straight away and they very kind, they took me through the process and what the next steps were. I felt a great deal of empathy was given over the phone which made me feel at ease. Having had a valuation report, to my horror we found out we were under insured. We were told that there could be a possibility that E-sure may not pay out. But E-sure simply took a percentage off for the amount we weren't covered for and gave us a substantial pay out. I can't thank E-sure enough for 'sticking with us', it restored my faith in insurance companies. I will definitely be renewing with E-sure home insurance!
