I am moving house and when I contacted them to do a change of address and was told it would cost me £20 administration fee on top of the change in risk. I asked what this was for and was told it was for my documents being updated online??? They are claiming to be online their version of online is completely antiquated. I also work for a 'Real' online insurer and know for a fact that it does not cost £20 to update online documents!

I then said it wasn't worth it and as there was only 2 months left just cancel my policy at which point I was informed it would cost me £50 for cancelling mid term for what was only a £100 contents policy!!!!!!!!!!! Total rip off and I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody EVER.

Get your act together Endsleigh.
