I have the miisfortune to have a policy with this lot on washer/dryer yet trying to get a repair is a joke, two days on & off calling for a repair, eventually get through to be told even though your policy is D&G you have to call AEG, what???

They also deliberately keep you on hold for ages on a premium rate number & should someone pick up they deliberately cut you off so you pay again & again!!!!
