Worst experience with insurance. I've been calling for almost a year because a freezer drawer broken they keep making excuses and more excuses today I set myself free from this rubbish insurance company and I went to eBay and bought the drawer, it cost me £11 but no more headaches with Domestic & General.
The only thing they said it as been ordered and soon it arrives they'll contact me... For almost a year!!?? Where it came from?...Mars
People need to be carefull and not fall on this company,
Especially if you buy anything from AO they try to sell this useless insurance policy
