May look good on paper but the worse company to deal with when claiming was sent around the houses as these are just the front company finally got someone to come and look at my ceiling in the kitchen (only took 10 days) after a leak in the bathroom above. Because we had taken the bathroom out to get under the floor to find the leak they then said we could not claim as it could have been the seal around the bath and they couldn't tell. I think they wanted me to leave the water dripping through the ceiling and the electrics for 10 days so they could see it.
I have now cancelled my new policy which actually does not start until November but they said I would to pay £35 to cancel.

I have already spoken to your Customer Service Department yesterday to no avail if you check your call log and recorded transcript of conversation you will be able to hear what was said and the outcome.
