From the beginning, Axa's approach to dealing with my insurance claim following two break-ins in the space of a month were fantastic.
Axa's approved adjuster and valuer who dealt with much of the claim were just as good.
Most queries were dealt with swiftly but there were a few times where I was required to give the adjuster a prompt to get things moving faster.
Felt I should leave a review to help balance the scoring of companies on review sites which are lower than what it should be as mainly only the people with problems bother to provide feedback!
