After a few minutes the trainer develops a sticking sensation creating a jerking not smooth stepping motion. How domI fix this? It seems this happens after getting warm.

I had total knee replacement, any one think this is a good machine for people that had knee surgery? Do it really tone your thighs?

I have the Lateral Thigh Trainer Powerhouse Workout Video. It is in VHS. My new TV will not hook up to my old VCR. How can I get the Video in a CD? Or, can I have it transferred to CD as it is copyrighted.

I already have a Lateral Thigh Trainer, which i used to LOVE using. However, i had a total hip replacement op 3 months ago now, & really need to know if it's safe to start using my machine again? I'm wondering if the side/twisting movement of the machine is ok for a hip replacement? Doctors/consultant probably won't even know what a Lateral Thigh Trainer IS! So pointless asking!! Any physiotherapists/specialists out there that can confirm please?
