We placed an online order with tajonline.com on 29th July, 2014 to send Rakhis for the occasion of Rakhsabandhan (10th August, 2014). The very next day they provided order details and a tracking number (with Bluedart), using which we were able track the shipment online. Though the order details is showing the correct address from Kolkata, but the tracking details was showing the shipment is going to somewhere in Rewa, MadhaPradesh. Immediately we called the customer service of TajOnline and brought the issue to their notice. They said sorry and assured to rectify the issue immediately. We kept a watch on the tracking details. But didn't see any change even after 2 days and status was showing "Not Delivered" due to incorrect address, which is very obvious. Then we called customer service again (4th August, as they are closed on Sat & Sun) and they again said SORRY and promised to rectify the same. The next day the tracking status changed to "Delivered" to some unknown Person (Rajnish Dubey) in Rewa, MP. Again we had to call them (5th August) and again a big SORRY. After some yelling the guy confirmed that the item will be reshipped and will be delivered within next 2 days, which was still good as it will reach before the occasion. The guys also promised to email us the new tracking details. No response from them in next 2 days. We called again on 8th August and asked to transfer to some senior person (hoping to be more responsible). Initially they tried to bypass it by saying the manager is busy and some lame excuses. After insisting a lot and holding the line for 30 mins (international call) the so called manager picked up the phone and said the matter is being investigated and they will inform us very soon. That means the earlier 3 persons just bluffed us for the last 7 days. She said she needs some time to look into the matter and will update us within 2 hours. Thankfully she sent an email in another hour, and said they can reship the item but no guarantee to deliver before 10th August. I had to call again and this time some other person (Peter) picked up the phone. I requested to talk to the manager, but he said she is busy with something else. I again had to explained (since we are helpless we don't have any choice) the entire story to him and requested him to make an express delivery so the item reaches within 24 hours. He said a big SORRY again and kept on saying they can reship but no guarantee to be delivered within 24 hours. There are lots of couriers who ship (within India) by 24 hours with guarantee. But these guys are not ready to spend some extra money to rectify their fault. With no option with us we agreed to that and requested to make the best possible effort to deliver within 24 hours so the Rakhis reach before Rakhsabandhan. Also requested to send the new tracking details. Again a big promise and again a failure. These guys are just cheating and bluffing people. They don’t have minimum ethics of business. Zero responsibility. Beware of Tajonline.com and never shop with them. It not only wastage of money also big hurt to your sentiment. Worst ever online service we have ever faced.
