I tried to cancel within 15 days...and have been waiting 3 years for my refund. I have dozens of ticket ID #'s, have used live chat, email and telephone. At one point they said my refund was being processed and would arrive "shortly".

Now, it's impossible to reach anybody, ever.

I don't even want to give this company one star.

So, let's just call this what it is....THEFT, out and out theft. No point in calling the BBB, Voipgo already has an F rating, so no help there.

I've used Voipgo for abot four years now. I have not had any big issues with the phone service itself...works great 95% of the time. The features are extensive and I really haven't had to call for support much, but found their online chat the fastest. Call centre service is limited, but during business hours was very good. This is a low cost provider with unlimited north america calling. It appears that there were customer service issues a while back but it seems they have addressed them. Note that I have setup other voip services as well and use and setup my own phone adapters. Would recommend.

This company has a poor service and do not respect their TOS.

If you sign a contract with them and decided to cancel, they will

not refund you even though in the first 30 days.

There is no support whatsoever.

As soon as you paid, that's it, you'll never heard from them again.

DO NOT do business with this company

I have signed a 12 Month contract with VOIPGO. The service & quality is so terrible that I decided to cancel within the first 15 days.

According to TOS I would be refunded ( you have 30 days to cancel without penality and 100% refund )

I've been trying time and again thru emails and phone calls and I got no answer whatsoever.

This is a scam. Please void this company at all price

Voipgo are terrible cheats. Cancelled within their cancellation policy of 30 days and I get the run around everytime I contact customer service that is if I can get thru at all. Been told supervisor will call me at least 5 times now without any calls. Took my money and will not refund it . BBB said I am out of luck this is an F rated company.

Avoid voipgo. I have no ax to grind, have no investment in their downfall. The company seems unable to get out of it's own way. WIth so many superior Voip services, there is no need to use this company. You will regret it. I won't tell my life story here, but I now use Callcentric. I also used ITP. Both are infinitely superior to Voipgo. I am currently filing a complaint with the Canadian Better Business Bureau.

I've been with voipgo since January of 2007.- almost 2 years of service and i only recall a handful of outages, and most were at times that i didnt even notice- quality is good, although there is some day that its a little scratchy but compared to other providers voipgo is the cream of the crop.

My phone does not work about 2 to 3 hours a day and it is consistent since the day 1.The problem has never been fixed.The phone quality is terrible. I could'nt even call some number in my own are code !!!I decided to cancel the phone : they never get back to me regarding how to return the equipment for refund etc ... Actually they never return emails or phone calls. Actually don't even try to call their 1888, nobody ever answer the phone : it's simply a scam. I signed a 1 year contract with them and never got the refund for the remaining of the 11 months.This is a company to void at all cost.

Ordered one year services fom Voipgo, put $ 150.00 on my credit card, received e-mail ticket that I would be contacted by a rep within 3-4 hours, It's been 7 days, have sent several e-mails, no reply and cannot reach them on their phone line. Have tried each day, once waited on "handsfree" for 4 hours! Have contacted my credit card company and will contact BBB.

I paid Voipgo for the year in advance when I got the service. I had issues with the quality and I had to cancel within 30 days. I am still waiting for a refund of $220 and it has been 4 months since I cancelled my service. Customer service is poor and they will not even reply to me. I do not trust them anymore. I opened a dispute finally with the credit card company and I am waiting for a resolution. Will file this with BBB.
