Horrible customer service (1-hour or longer holding time?!?!?)

No delay pay (everyone ELSE does it--and they USED to, but they stopped for some reason)

Sometimes there's bad reception, and then they are slow to come out and fix.

Ordered A T-1 From Verizon For My Workplace. The L

Ordered a T-1 from Verizon for my workplace. The line was laid in the alley in the dirt. Since we have voice over internet (meaning the phones go over the T-1), everytime someone drives down the alley it knocks our service out. Have called Verizon every day for the last three weeks. They have done nothing. It is so frustrating. We have no where else to turn for T-1 service.

I Absolutely Hate This Company. I've Had More Trou

I absolutely hate this company. I've had more trouble with Verizon than I have had with any other company ever. I was promised free shipping, free installation and a certain bill price. I was told that in order to have DSL I needed to have a phone line (which I am now paying for, never wanted and never used). Either the operator was lying or there where just an untrained because the tech told me after he installed it that I never needed it. Every time I call, I get put on hold for a MINUMUM of 45 mins. Sometimes this is combined with more people transferring me to the wrong person, who I also wait on hold for, and a few times I have been disconnected, thus wasting the 45 min I just sat on hold for. Most of the phone operators have no idea how to help you, and can not explain what you are really being billed for. One time in the past 3 MONTHS of me trying to straighten out the bill, that is twice the amount I was originally promised, have I talked to someone that was knowledgeable and very willing to help. At this point I only stay with the company because I have a 6 month discount for compensation of all the hassle I'm dealing with and I know that if I try and cancel I will wait on hold for an hour only to fight with the employees and then pay another fee for cancelling and then not have internet until I find a better company.

I Was Told That I Had To Have Verizon Home Service

I was told that I had to have Verizon home service in order to have Internet service. Cancelled my service, and now it is on my credit. I have fought with the credit agencies to remove it and they have refused. Verizon is the worst phone service. I will never buy anything with the Verizon logo on it.

Operator Agreed To Set Up Phone Service And Asked

Operator agreed to set up phone service and asked if I was interested in DSL. I told her that providing it is available absolutely. She confirmed that it was available. She then took my credit card info. to bill me for S&H on a modem. Then asked if I wanted DirecTV. Well, providing that I can get my high speed internet service through the phone, then I wouldn't need cable. So I signed up for that also. NO modem ever came. No DSL is available here!!!! So now I had to pay $137 to cancel my satellite TV, but I could not cancel through them. I had to again call Verizon. By this time, I had this number on speed dial! Several e-mails and complaints, but no responses yet. It has been two months!!!

So far I have had it for three weeks, and twice I could not get connected without support. They told me Brooklyn does not have the best service, because the wiring is old. I said what is the point of having it if I have to call support every week. I asked them what could they do to fix it, they said they could send technicians out to the house, but it would cost me, Why should it cost me, if they can't get my service right. If they have trouble with Brooklyn, they should have refused to sell it to me. Now I am stuck
