At&t What's Went Wrong
I have had the worst experience ever with att,I dnt know what went wrong but theses ppl have gone STUPID I'm being way over charged ea month and every time I pay my bill within hours my bill will show payment due and overdue , I'vreported to the BBB and nothing has been done this has been going on over a year at one point a supervisor calls me for 3 days just to argue what happened to customer is always right besides anyone with sense can look at my statements and see somethings not right my god I'm at wits end with these idiots. Do not do anything with AT&T you will regret it
Worst Customer Service Ever
We moved within the same city and had AT&T stop our service at our old residence and start at our new home. Then the troubles began. We started getting bills for both places. We tried calling, but continued to get billings for our old residence. I got all 3 bills together and got hold of their customer service and thought we had everything straightened out. It turns out that they had never turned off the old service. Later that afternoon, I realized that I now have no service at our new residence. I call back, and sure enough they have cancelled everything...only, now, I have to wait another week for them to restore out service. It seems they can cancel immediately, but not restore it immediately even though it was all their error. We have always paid our bills faithfully and been very patient, but we're not ready to go another week without a phone. Good-bye AT&T. They said they were so sorry about 100 times, but were still willing to have us go without a phone for a week!

Recently i ordered for an upgrade to iphone 4s, i placed the order online while the support executive was online and i told her the shipping address is different from billing address but she said it will ship to the address i specify but it went to my billing address where i dont stay any more.
Every time i call in they said the product is shipped even if i told them to call the product back.
Fed up with calling i myself called fedex and told them to send it back to shipper.Even they received back the product they didnt give me my credit back.
Got hold of one support guy and raised ticket and told about the issue. He told he cancelled the order and i can get my money in few days. I am still waiting for money its been 3 days now.

I Just Needed To Let Other Consumers Know Some Fac
I just needed to let other consumers know some facts about AT&T (to include wireless). I had tried on occasion to call on my home phone the U.A.E., however a nightime operator stated there is a block on my phone. So, I attempted to resolve and inquire about this during business hours and then was told there was no block and they would call me back after troubleshooting. The day passed and no call back or communication. When I called AT&T back I was then told; yes indeed there is a block and it will be removed in the next 10 minutes, however no reason given for the block. It is still at present unknown and I am not able to reach customer service for any further clarification.
The next issue is if U.S. residents travel to Korea or Japan your mobile telephone will not work in those countries, after AT&T reasurring me Samsung phone would indeed work. This also happened to a co-worker with the same service provider when his son traveled to Tanzania.
On one of my travels in mid 2009 I took along my Dell notebook/AT&T air-card to Korea and guess what, was hit with a tremendous wireless bill for usage. Yes there were indeed warnings that came up on the screen, however no way to contact them from my mobile phone that was "useless" there and I was again assured my plan will cover me in Korea. So, once back in the U.S. I contacted AT&T and they agreed to a lot lesser charge because they acknowledged they had erred.
Anything I have been told from this company has never been the truth or is always inconsistent. I will be moving to another part of California this year and will be shopping for other service.

I Would Not Reccommend This Company To Anyone. I'v
I would NOT reccommend this company to anyone. I've had their service 3 times and each time they tried telling me I owed them more money than I originally owed them.money when I didn't. I would cancel my account, and they would keep billing me. NEVER getting their service again!

Every rain storm our home line goes out. When you go on-line to report it they expect you to trouble shoot the problem yourself. It takes the repair person days to come out and sometimes they say it is fixed when it is not. Would not recommend this company to any one. Not worth the money they charge.

we've been using at&t for many years but lately with the outsourcing the problems are increasing with customer service ratrher poorly giving service. It seems you get someone with a heavy accent and not willing to do you a service or give you a time of day that I/we are going to another landline company. Extremly disappointed after all these years!

At&t Have Been Nothing But Good To Me. Not Only Do
AT&T have been nothing but good to me. Not only do the own the rights to the best new cell phones (iPhone etc.) but they also have the best signal throughout America and elsewhere. I recommend them for wireless especially, currently having an GoPhone account. AT&T is a solid network. I would recommend AT&T 100%. Largest telecommunications network in the USA

The Good Part Is That At&t Is Always There. Im Hap
The good part is that At&t is always there. Im happy with the service. What Im disappointed with is the fact that they never seem to send me a fair and accurate bill. I've been paying $30-40 dls. more each and every month I even signed up to a higher rate ($70a mo. fixed ) and still get $20-30 Dllrs more. The problem is I can't find another lan line Co. in my area.

If You Get A Letter In The Mail From At&t, Throw I
If you get a letter in the mail from AT&T, throw it away. They advertise low month rates, but nickle and dime their customers. The billing is always an issue, and you will get no help from their customer service.
