Job Well Done!
I have been with Scottish gas homecare for over 10 years and have always been relatively happy with their services. I have found the engineers to always be polite and professional. I had my annual boiler service carried out just recently and I am very impressed with the engineer who attended. He was very professional and genuinely seemed to take pride in his work and clearly knows his trade very well. My heating has never worked better following the work he done and I couldn't be more grateful. Any consideration I had about changing suppliers are well and truly gone. This man is a definite asset to your team.

Scottish Gas Central Heating Cover
Our heating broke down on the 28th December and I called Scottish Gas who arranged for an engineer to visit that day - a Sunday. He got the system up and running that day, the fault was the timer. A appointment was made for the 31st Dec to fit a replacement one but we decided to take up the offer of a Hive system which he fitted on the return visit. Superb customer service especially during the xmas period.

We Have Had An Absolute Nightmare With Scottish Po
we have had an absolute nightmare with Scottish Power ref billing. we received a bill stating that we owed in excess of 3 figures. i contacted the customer service department, not the most helpful people i have ever spoken to.
1st advisor would not help in explaining how this alleged outstanding bill had transpired. eventually spoke to a manager who promised the world and she would see that previous copies of bills would be sent to me so i may see the error in my ways!! no bills arrived, however i did receive another "threat of termination letter" then another with another £91.00 added to the balance.
called again and spoke to a more helpful chap who informed me that the original bills had been emailed to me, i asked for the email address they had stored for me- he couldnt confirm one.
needless to say i await paper copies of bills and will change pproviders asap just need to source a reputable one first.
