I have been a customer of IZRs for 5 years and despite the service being fine in the past, the company has recently picked up. In a recent Leased Line issue the Technical Support out of hours cover especially was first rate. IZR have turned a corner and I now have complete confidence in my connections being well managed

I Am Somewhat Confused At Some Of The Reviews I Ha
I am somewhat confused at some of the reviews I have read as I have just moved my business services to izR Solutions Ltd recently and the service I have receved so far is next to none. I have my own dedicated Account Manager service that are on phone at weekends, such as when we had a fault with our Leased Line. They were able to escalate the fault to their engineers who sorted the problem out within 20 minutes of me calling. I run a business with 9 sites and izR are a good partner to work with as their indepth knowledge is and delivery of service is superb. Try it first.

I Asked Izr Solutions Ltd To Send A List Of Ip Add
I asked izR Solutions Ltd to send a list of IP addresses and I got a list of subnet masks, a scary lack of understanding outside of the tech support dept.We were paying £1000's for a business grade connection that was worse in every aspect to my home broadband.In the process of moving to another business ISP that isn't a small amateur operation.

You Know What Sort Of Company You Are Dealing With
You know what sort of company you are dealing with when you realise their Technical Support helpline is an 0870 number. When (not if) I was unfortunate enough to have to contact them through this number, I was kept on hold (at significant cost) permanently with no reply. I tried to gain help through their sales office and the call hasn't been returned. I tried to gain help through their main reception telephone number and was dealt with by a jobsworth. Personally I would rather use pigeons to communicate than ever have any dealings with this company again.

Great Guys To Work With, They Understand The Busin
Great guys to work with, they understand the business needs and more importantly they completly explained the products and processes to a level that we understood. I would definatley recomend them, the Sales team is friendly and by no means pushy, we felt that we were consulted to in an honest and reliable way and the products recomended were bespoke to our own business needs. The business optimisation product is superb!

I found that IZR were a true solution provider for the communications sector, there were no hard sales pitches, I go the fealing that they really understood our business and the technologies they sell. The introduced great cost savings but advising us of alternative way to get the services we wanted.

Izr Have Provided Connectivity To Both My Home And
IZR have provided connectivity to both my home and business for the last 3 years.
The service has been excellent although a premium is paid. I have both a basic Internet connection and a private network for my business and both have been reliable with only one outage. This was resolved within the SLA (which I pay extra for) and I was updated regularly during the process.
IZR are able to provide advice on all aspects of comms and if anything comes up I always drop a call into my account manager who will provide unbiased and accurate information.
Overall, I've had no reason for complaint other than my broadband failing for 3 days before Christmas 07 when I found it difficult to get hold of people - understandable over the holiday period I guess...

Our Connection Has Been Reliable But The Speed Is
Our connection has been reliable but the speed is very poor < 512k for a 2Mb link, uplink even worse in my opinion.
The one problem we did have took well over a week to resolve and even then only because I chased every day - personally not happy with the support. Therefore I do not recommend izR Solutions Ltd.
