Worst Service - They Stole From Me!
Was over charged by £10.72 in the Leeds store over 2 months ago and still haven't had my money back. Stupid staff put some items through the till twice - wonder how often that happens and customers don't notice? They agree they owe me the money but keep not paying me back. Criminal.
Will never shop there again. Since Sports Direct took over it's a dirty, scruffy, disorganised mess of a store.

ordered an item on 23rd November 2016 for a Christmas present, they stated would be in stock on the 18th December, they would contact me if there was any problems with order. I had to ring them on the 20th December to find out where my order was. They informed me that the had not arrived and would becoming in to stock 6th January 2017, the lady said " I should have received an Email stating this but when she looked on to the account ne Email had been sent. By the 20th December it was to late to order from any where for Christmas so I said "ok, it will have to be ok". The 7th Jan came and I receive another call telling me that the was no longer going to stock the Item.

im so pleased with all the things i have had off robinsons so far they are a great tack shop and have a variety of all the things you need the delivery is also very quick and all purchases are long lasting i would definety reccomend thenm to a friend they also ave great prices that are very affordable on all there items. xx
Very Slow Delivery
Never used this company before but didn't expect to wait for so long for delivery. Although it does state in the terms that it can take 10 days excluding weekends, I was informed that although I ordered it 11 days ago it still hasn't been dispatched and wont for at least a couple more days. very disappointing as it was for a friends birthday.

Excellent Products, And Super Quick Delivery!
Ordered my items on Monday, recieved them on the Thursday, even though I opted for the 5-7 working day delivery!
Products were as described, and fitted perfectly. Very very happy with the service. They kept me informed every step of the way, with emails, and didn't take the payment until the order was despatched, giving me the time to change my mind, should I have wanted to. Highly recommend them for all your equine and canine supplies!
Only thing I would like to see changed, is to make it a lot easier to write a review on items on the website!
Dreadful Customer Service
Ordered a shires mini rug for my pony. He had been measured correctly (altough Robinsons are trying to claim that we have measured him wrong) and the rug is tiny - so small it hardly covers him. Robinsons customer service just dont want to know. They are telling me to return the rug (at a cost of £8) and if they find a fault with the measuring they will refund the postage. However if they dont then no postage refund and including the intial postage means I would have paid out £11.95 and got nothing for it.

Awful Customer Service And Product!
I ordered 2 robinsons dog rugs, a 26 inch and 28 inch which will not fit any breed as there is a design fault! They have made them 40 inches along the base so there is a spare 10 inches of rug in front of the dogs chest but apparently the only thing they can come up with is that I've ordered the wrong size. I have been buying the same size for the last 6 years! I think this product should be removed from the catalogue as it's not fit for purpose. I have been emailing robinsons for a week now including pictures of the fault but they are not interested!
Non Delivery
Having bought heavy goods from this company i eagerly awaited my delivery, and waited . . and waited. when i contacted them to find out where my items were i was told they had been delivered! however the driver did not get a signature! several days later they had still not managed to talk to the driver who claimed to have made the delivery! as the items were christmas presents i asked for a refund so that i could buy the goods from elswear, only to be told they could do nothing untill they had spoken to the delivery driver ! i find this totally unacceptable.
Not Impressed
Not terribly impressed. Not very quick with delivery and I was extremely disappointed with the long riding boots I ordered. They looked good and fitted well, but after a short time the lining became detached and they were unwearable. I did contact Customer Service, not asking for a new pair, just to make them aware that I was disappointed in the product, and received a curt reply, stating that I would not get a refund. No apology.
There are better (and cheaper) equestrian shops out there.
