Worst Shopping Experience Ever

Ordered £500.00 of rugs. None arrived when they were supposed to. I couldn't get hold of then on email, phone, answer phone. In the end I had to get my bank to intervene who have me a full refund and picked up the case on my behalf. To this day I still haven't had a reply to any of my attempts to find out where the rugs were. Please please do not use this company there are many more reputable on line retailers out there who give much better customer service and don't try to rip you off.

Don't Use This Company

I ordered a rug on 13th may, web site said it was in stock. They took my money the next day and I received a confirmation email saying rug would be despatched via parcel force. After 2 weeks no sign of rug, I have phoned and left lots of messages, no one ever answers the phone, I have also sent numerous emails and have written. Eventually emailed saying I wanted to cancel order. I did get a reply with a poor excuse saying how busy they were but they would give me a refund. A week later still no refund, I received another email saying that the accounts department have a 3 week back log and would sort my refund soon. Pity they didn't take 3 weeks to take the money from my account!!

I've had the same issues. After waiting more that 4 weeks for my product which never showed, called to canel, and again can only leave messages they got back to me saying they will cancel the order. Got my credit card bill through and no refund and this is now about 4 weeks since i cancelled the order. Totally poor customer service. So now out of pocket and no product!!!

Horserugs4u ....what A Joke

I ordered a rug two and a half months ago, they took payment immediately but when I asked five days later if my rug had been sent , I was told it was not in stock and they had no idea when it would be. I asked for the order to be cancelled and my money to be returned. I have sent numerous emails and had only one reply which said the accounts team had been rather busy but would deal with my refund shortly. I am still waiting almost three months later. They never answer the phones and now my emails are being ignored. The company should not be allowed to trade. Please do not use them. I will now see if there is any way that I can go through my bank to get my money back. I would also like to know why a company is allowed to take your money when they know full well that they do not have your item in stock.

Absolute Disgrace Avoid

Bought two Rhino Wugs a month ago - took payment immediately and still not arrived. I wish I had Googled reviews before I did it but it never occurred to me as they are a local company. E mailed complaint and they said that they had not arrived from Horseware yet - well don't sell something you don't have then. Now very worried indeed and will probably have to resort to Trading Standards.

Warning - Do Not Deal With This Company

Had a terrible experience of this company - ordered stable doors which were said to be in stock on their website - found out that the doors weren't yet made and would take roughly a month so I cancelled. Still waiting for my money back over a month later. They never answer the phone, it's an automated machine which sounds like it's based in the States and when someone does eventually answer you get palmed off. I have reported them to my credit card company and will be also reporting them to trading standards. Can't believe they still have almost £1000 of my money and STILL haven't paid it back. Unbelievable. Please don't deal with this company - they are a joke and judging by their consistent service it would seem as though they hold onto your money for as long as possible. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

After searching the internet for a particular colour for 4 coolers they had them available (& still do) on their website.Great,so I ordered them.Unfortunately saw the reviews afterwards !! After 2 weeks chased the order,by e mail as also an automated machine when u ring (conveniently).Promised the rugs would be with me asap.Waited 2 more weeks,chased again.2 of the 4 rugs eventually arrived & guess what Wrong colour !! Have demanded a refund.Will be writing to H&H,Hereford Trading standards & Horseware if I don't receive it. Watch this space AVOID AVOID AVOID

Lesson learned.Only order from known,reputable companies.

Steer Well Clear Of This Company

It took 6 months of chasing them before the rugs arrived. When returned immediatedly due to not fitting correctly. I am still chasing a refund after 9 months. THIS COMPANY IS A CON. AVOID IT OR IT WILL COST YOU MONEY TIME AND STRESS>

The Long Wait!

I ordered 2 rugs in October 2011, they took nearly 2 months to deliver after being chased. Apparently 1:the supplier had delays 2: it's everybody's fault for ordering all at once so they can't cope.

Cheap price but if you want your goods in a reasonable time avoid this lot!

I Too Have Been Waiting For A Refund Of Nearly &po

I too have been waiting for a refund of nearly £200 since November 2010. I have reported them to Hereford Trading Standards. Am unlikely to see my money again, but why are they still allowed to be taking orders? This is theft!
