Awful !
How i wish i had read these reviews before i put my order in to this company. First their stock list was wrong on line and they didnt have the items i had ordered even though they took payment for them, they gave me others to replace them - when they didnt arrive after 2 weeks i sent copius emails and phone calls, eventually they said they would send out others as they had lost them, then when they arrived some 3 weeks later, i had cause to return one of them, i got a certificate of posting from the post office but because i didnt use a tracking service which they only "recommend" and is NOT part of the return conditions they are refusing to give me the refund. All in all i would not recommend this company to anyone nor would i order from them again -
Ditto! Have been trying to resolve the no receipt of an order since December. Only now I have threatened legal action have they responded. Still no goods though. They say they have been lost and are going to see if the couriers take responsibility. Frankly that is their problem not mine! I will never ever use them again and would never recommend them to anyone.
Poor Service
I recently tried to order a top from Anything Equine. Having placed the order I was sent an email informing that payment had been taken and the order would soon be despatched. Having heard nothing for a week I emailed them asking for an idea of when the top might be delivered. I was told that they did not actually have the top and was offered an alternative or a refund. I did not want the alternative so took the refund which I am informed has now been processed. My complaint is that they did not inform me that the item was not in stock, but they had already taken payment. Payment should not have been taken before despatch, and should have been immediately refunded when they realised that the item was unavailable. They should have informed me of the situation rather than waiting for me to chase them up. Good prices and nice items on sale, but poor stock control and poor organisation. Would avoid in future.

Shocking Customer Service!!!
I bought a pair of Andalucia boots and had to send them back within 12 months as the logo stud fell off, the stitching went and the zip kept falling down - all this from very light wear. The customer service has been absolutely shocking I have been trying for FOUR months to get the issues rectified and they have now had my boots for FOUR weeks apparently repairing them. I was told that this would take two weeks max. Still no communication, they don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Do not order anything from this company!!! I shall be contacting Trading Standards with regard to my problems with this company as my patience has run out!
Customer Service Poor
Returned my Bareback boots when the zip broke in less than 6 months. Was told to send back to the manufacturer directly by Anything Equine (which I paid for). Boots returned Tuesday 14th Feb by recorded delivery. I heard nothing. Then I had to chase it and was given the 'manufacturers mobile number' turned out to be a blokes mobile not even a company number. Left a message heard nothing.
Asked AE to help via a phone call they have said that the manufacturer would replace. Again heard nothing. E-mailed AE and was told that if the manufacturer was at fault then they may replace but would need to find out who was at fault....Eh? that morning I was told they would be replaced (via a phone call).
Next I was mistaken for a different customer and sent a very curt e-mail regarding another Bare Back boot delivery.
To cut a long story short it is now Friday 23rd March I was promised my boots by the end of this week (today). Having recieved nothing I e-mailed and have just found out that they have only just received the boots from Portugal and will need to catalogue them, sort them and then package them before I get them.
Having had enough I asked for a refund and it has so far been refused, however neither have they confirmed when I will have my boots....
I loved the boots but would expect £189 worth of robust riding boot to last more than 6 months. The boots were in perfect condition apart from the zip and I have really missed them but the whole 'customer service' experience has been dreadful.
I was told twice that I would be called back nothing recieved, no information forthcomming, I turned to e-mails in desperation so I would at least have a record of what has been said & when. Communication is not a strong point of this company and there has been the downfall.
Its a recession customer service costs nothing and would leave me feeling happy to return rather than sat here writing this review.
Still waiting.........I am happy to add the outcome when it happens....

I ordered a pair of Bareback boots for my husband and they arrived promptly. The quality of the boots is fantastic, we did have to exchange them for a different size which was a simple and quick process. He absoltely loves the boots and wears them all the time!

I ordered some Toggi boots off this website needing them for work after my other boots wore out. I ordered them first thing on Friday morning and the website said that my order would be with me in 3 working days ..... it is now the end of Thursday (of the next week) and they have still not arrived ... furthermore, I haven't even had a email about the whereabouts of my parcel, or for that matter, any contact at all since purchase. I would expect more than this from a supposed leading equine distributer. Their webside could do with a number of layout improvements also, it needs to be slightly simplified. Also they have an extremely hard to find contact details, with no area to fill out any complaints. DISAPPOINTING all in all. When I finally did manage to get through, the operator, although curteous and polite, was very little use and couldnt really tell me what I wanted to know and just said, 'They should be with you tomorrow morning' ..... What a let down. I guess the only good thing I can say about it was the operator was polite.
