Very Poor Quality & Non Existent Customer Service
Based on my experience do not believe the exaggerated claims of product quality and expected life. And when lights do fail prematurely do not expect any normal and fair minded customer service. The staff are not bothered and you will not be valued as a customer. My complaint concerned 2 PIR 10W motion sensitive LED floodlights that both failed in the same way at almost the same time after being in use for barely 2 years. I expected they would want to examine the lights to see why both failed. But no. Saying they were just outside the 2yr warranty period this company didn't want to do anything, not even check to see if it was a fault that could affect others. Yet they continue to bombard me with sales & promo emails There are plenty of other suppliers and I will not purchase from this company again and urge others to do the same. A very disappointing experience. As others have correctly observed and reported, this is a truly Terrible company. Hope this helps others avoid making the mistakes that I made by falling for the misleading sales and promo literature.

Inferior Quality
We bought lights. They were inferior quality and looked as though they had been used. The wire was so short and although they were advertised as having wire 3 mm long they were barely 1.5. Bad customer service

Terrible Customer Service
I bought 3 led flood lights from this company. One of which arrived damaged. The was told to send it back at my expense and after 2 weeks no contact or replacement. Eventually said they would send out a replacement which never arrived, then a week later when I chased it up they were out of stock.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of other companies out there with these product so find another company.
Although I have been told I will get a refund I dont hold out much hope. These are meant to be a google certified shop and hopefully I may get some seller protection with them.

Very Poor Quality Led Bulbs
Bought 20 bulbs, about 18 months ago and 6 of them have failed so far. These were the best quality they had costing me £7.75 each. Returned one and got a rubbish replacement that has less than half the light output. That cost me £.3.40 in postage as they don't pay for postage like other companies. One of the failed bulb blew the front plastic cover that landed on my bed -a hot piece of plastic. Now I have to pay postage for the return of 6 bulbs. You can imagine the cost if I have to keep returning them every year or so!

Paid For Order But Where Is It? Avoid!!!!
ordered 12 led gu10 bulbs 2 weeks ago. called up to find out what is going on with my order, was told would be 3 more weeks until items would be in stock. Tried to cancel order but they said they were unable to access the computer system, decided change my order to a different type of gu10 bulb told they were not in stock either but would be in the early part of the week and they would be sent out immediately, still have not been sent.
when i asked to ammend my order they asked for ANOTHER PAYMENT then when they could "access the system" they would refund me ...... I DONT THINK SO!!!!!
all in all STILL waiting should have just ordered from CHINA myself probably would have been cheaper as the bulbs are roughly £9 each and the only reason anything takes this long to come into stock is when its from CHINA or similar country.
NOT HAPPY TO SAY THE LEAST.
Return Postage Costs Not Refundedeven If It Was Their Error
I was sent bulbs of an incorrect wattage to those I had ordered. I arranged to send these back. They admitted it was their error but the return postage was never reimbursed. In fact, they stopped replying to emails when this was mentioned. They even said they would send replacements for free - which is ridiculous as all their products are sent free anyway! Don't buy unless you are 100% sure you will not return them or have any issues with the products. I won't use them again!
Warranty Excludes Return Postage Cost After 28 Days
I bought 5 LEDs from this company. One failed and they replaced it. But they refused to refund the cost of postage. So now I've spent a quarter of the price of a replacement on the postage cost.
They only refund postage within a month of purchase. But the point is that these are supposed to last a very long time, so having to pay for the return postage on faulty bulbs (which in my case was a 20% failure rate) eliminates the saving vs. traditional bulbs.
I pointed-out that not refunding return postage cost is illegal under current UK consumer law, but they have refused to respond despite my repeated attempts over a month to discuss this with them, not even being willing to give me a contact of someone who will deal with the issue.
I would understand if they were willing to discuss this, but I find it unacceptable that they just refuse to engage, so I won't be using them any more.
