I Ordered Some Bunks From Just2sofas For My Daught
I ordered some bunks from Just2Sofas for my daughter and that was all fine. They came fine and i thought everything was great untill i went to assemble them and realized there is no instructions or screws in with them. I can now not get hold of any of the numbers that previously worked and im getting very upset. I have no idea what to do, no one is responding to emails and the phone numbers are still not working 4 days later. Im left with a load of bits for the bunks and no way to assemble them.

I bought 2 sofas just before Christmas. They were a very good price, and they are decent quality; attractive and comfortable. They came on time, and they were delivered to the room and unpacked, by friendly, polite guys. They would cost twice the price in a shop.

I Ordered A Leather Suite In September 2006, And I
I ordered a leather suite in September 2006, and it was delivered at the beginning of December. I was a bit apprehensive to be honest, as I have never bought furniture without seeing it first, but when it arrived I was very pleased. I am an upholsterer, and I gave the furniture a good and thorough inspection, and I could find no faults at all.

We ordered a sofa from them back in April 2006 (it's now December 2006), and they sent the delivery date to the wrong address, so we missed that delivery. Since then, Just2Sofas have kept us waiting and waiting, and last week we were definitely promised our delivery next week, in time for Christmas. Today we received a letter to say we would not be getting our sofa, ever, as they would not be re-ordering. We had been in touch with them constantly over the previous months. They say they will call back, but they fail to keep you informed. They write a letter to let you down, rather than call you and apologise, especially when we have had so much contact and so many guarantees from them.
I Bought A Leather York Suite From Just2sofas And
I bought a leather York suite from Just2Sofas and within a week the arm was broken. Customer service did not want to know, it took a letter to the MD to get a call from the head of customers service. I was promised a brand new suite from a new batch, better quality material and wood. It was delivered on August 15th and I returned it straight away because it was also rubbish! It's now October 4th and I am still waiting for my money back, despite more letters and phone calls to Hadden House. They buy the furniture from China, it's cheap leather, the frames are made of soft wood and ply. Customer service is awful and they hang onto your money as long as they can.

Just2Sofas have good sofas at a good price. I've seen a few negative reviews for this company now and I am very surprised as I had no problems at all. They delivered quickly, product was as described and we're very happy with it.

I hadn't read the bad reviews before purchasing from Haddon House and am glad I didn't as I've had no problems whatsoever. The delivery arrived on time; the guys delivering the sofas were polite and helpful and un-packed the furniture, put it in position and took away the packaging. Payment didn't need to be made until after the sofas were in position. The furniture appears to be well made and the leather soft and comfortable; Looks great!
I Ordered Sofas From Just 2 Sofas Via An Advert In
I ordered sofas from Just 2 Sofas via an advert in the Telegraph magazine. I paid with my card and when they were delivered on the 20th of March the sofas were different from the ad (shade of color and style etc.). I exercised their 30 day no quibble money back guarantee on the 21st of March. I returned the sofas on the 18the of April (I had to wait for them to be collected), and no refund is forthcoming. I was told a cheque would be sent at the end of the calendar month.
6 phone calls later and still no refund. Responses have ranged from:
Due end of next month.
Cheque sent.
Cheque processed but not sent.
Cheque not processed.
Cheque processed and cheque number given, but not sent.
My complaints were logged and I await a call from a manager.
I am never able to speak to anyone in charge, or anyone who is able to deal with complaints. I only manage to speak to admin staff who can log a call or complaint.
On the last 4 occasions I have informed them that they are breaking their own T&C's and the distance selling act for 30 day refunds, and a refund should have been given on return (as per payment). I ended up having an argument with the sales staff who informed me I had no such right, and I didn't know what I was talking about (despite OFT confirming I was correct). I informed them on the last 4 calls that I would contact OFT and Watchdog, etc. if the situation wasn't dealt with, but obviously they don't care. For every person like me who is prepared to complain all the way, there are probably scores that just give up.
What's galling is they have the returned goods and have no intention of refunding, which is just as bad as taking the money and not delivering the goods in the first place!
The Sofas I Ordered From Haddon House Should Have
The sofas I ordered from Haddon House should have been delivered on two occasions! One occasion it didn't turn up, and on the second it was never booked to be delivered. I was offered it to be couriered, but it wouldn't be delivered to my front room. I sent a letter to the MD, and I advised them of my on-going saga. 4 days later, still no response, and I'd seen another sofa which could be delivered 3 days later, so I called Haddon House and cancelled my order. A very sorry Customer Services Manager contacted me, leaving me a voicemail, telling me how sorry she was, and could they redeem themselves, was there anything they could do etc. At last!! So, I called her, expecting her to grovel!! OH NO, THEY COULDN'T POSSIBLY DO THAT! She told me she had left me a courtesy call, that she didn't have to call me at all!! I think she must have had her boss stood next to her, or her message was recorded because the change between her message and our conversation was unbelievable! I cancelled my order and it's like a weight has been lifted. I waited 4 months for absolutely NOTHING!!
I Ordered A 2 And 3 Seater Leather Sofa Online In
I ordered a 2 and 3 seater leather sofa online in January. Several calls to Haddon House, the order was finally to be delivered on 17th May. I was told it was to be delivered between 7am and 2pm, so I took the day off work, and I waited and waited until 7pm when I had to go out. Sure enough, they arrived at 8pm when I wasn't in. I rang Haddon House the next day to be told it would not be redelivered for another 10 days. I wasn't happy about this, so they offered me 2 scatter cushions as compensation! I declined their offer and cancelled my order. I would not recommend them to anyone.
