I Bought A Sofa From Bob Discount Store Last Year.

I bought a sofa from bob discount store last year. When i saw the delivery I realised that the sofa was torn so asked them to send exchange it, but they told me that they will get it repaired by their service guy which he did and he did a bad job. I forced them to change the job which they did. But within ione month I saw sofa seats sinking and becoming out of shape. When I complained, they sent a service guy to repair it and he stuffed filling it and told me nothing will happen for next 5 yrs . After 7 months I saw the seats sank again and out of shape. When I complained i was told that I am out of warranty and they cann't do anything but will do more stuffing that too till we have the same address. They refuse to listen to my complaints and gave me no guarantee whatsoever of flat seats. Thenafter great persuasion I was transferred to decided to speak to the manager who told me that they will credit the money to our a/c after 10% cut and will have to pay for delivery and there will be no return if there is some defect in the furniture. We are in fix as we have our credit with them but there is no guarantee on the furniture. It was a bad decision to buy from Bob's. Please don't go to them if hear our story.

Upon Being Delivered, We Saw That It Was Not The S

Upon being delivered, we saw that it was not the same as in the showroom and that one of the reclining actuators was broken. I asked the drivers to wait while I called customer care so I could have it removed, they and customer care said that I should keep that one and it would be straightened out, that was Saturday.

On Sunday I drove out and talked to the staff, told him to pick it up and give me back my money, he said that my account had been credited. On Monday at 9:00pm he called and left a message on my cell stating he had not heard from the manufacture yet and I find out they took the money from my account anyway. Tuesday I call again and told them, come get your broke furniture and refund my $1800, staff member and the customer care personal stated the earliest it can be picked up is Thursday and it will take over 72 hours to process the refund.

So as of Thursday, I get to be without furniture till they refund my money Saturday or Sunday. Of course they kept reminding me if I wanted something else from the show room I could keep the broken set till Bob's new stuff arrived.

At The Sixth Month After Purchase, I Saw The Sofa

At the sixth month after purchase, I saw the sofa and love seat go flat. All the cushions are pushed towards the corner. I reported it. First technician told me it needs more stuffing. Again i fixed a second appointment for the fixing. the technician came after 10 days and told me, all you have to do is, push the cushions back towards the center every time you see it is flat.
